Refund Policy

We want you to love The Huvra. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to return

1. Email us at hunter_johnston@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide a return address
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back (return shipping is at your expense)
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition are not eligible for return.
